I have been teaching Pilates professionally (and loving it) for over 17 years. Specialized in Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, barrel, chair, and Mat.

I used to be a dive master for a Dive School in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, due to the heavy tanks that we had to carry everyday I started to have lower back pain, so I started looking for a form of exercise that would help me to decreased my everyday pain. I found Pilates in 2005 and was immediately impressed with the changes I saw to both my body and mind. Not only the pain disappeared but I felt stronger, more flexible and my overall wellbeing was greatly improved.
I was hooked by the amazing benefits of this art so I decided to start my professional education.
Unfortunately many changes occurred in my life at that time so I had to stop my Pilates studies but I have never stopped practicing. It was not until last year that I decided to finally continue my studies and I found a great Pilates Academy in Spain.
In April 2021 I completed my certification as Mat and Pilates Equipment Pilates Instructor by Pilates Evidence Academy in Spain.
I have done workshops such as Postnatal and Anatomy of the Spine with the same Academy. I have taken several workshops including myofascial release.

Jennifer is an American, living abroad with her family of four for over 10 years in Germany and Switzerland. She discovered Pilates as recommended by her chiropractor while struggling with low back pain and quickly became addicted. She became certified in Classical Pilates and taught mat classes for a few years before continuing on to achieve her Pilates Comprehensive Certification via five different countries! Jennifer enjoys all things wellness and is currently studying MELT, a gentle therapy aimed at tapping into the autonomous nervous system to bring balance back to the body. She is a health coach and nutrition enthusiast, avid meditator, and always learning the latest on mind-body connection. She enjoys being outdoors and hiking with her crazy Aussie doodle, Molly.
