MAT Group (max 4 persons)
Pilatesbyme MAT flow classes are dynamic and structured with non stop movements – with or without small equipment from easy to challenging. Regardless of your age and physical performance, you improve your posture, coordination and breathing.
Reformer (max 4 persons)
This class is to get your heart rate up and build your endurance and strength. We combine a lot of unilateral work so you can address any imbalances you may have. Focusing on keeping you moving so you can flow from one movement to the next at a steady pace and overcome gravity.
DUET/ Semi Private (2 persons)
You will learn how to take ownership of your workouts with this Pilates mixed Equipment session encouraging you to move with more confidence and ease in every exercise. Come play with energy and quality with Pilates most advanced equipment.
Private - (1 on 1)
Private sessions are a great way to get more out of your workout and/or to focus on specific rehabilitation exercise. A private session is a perfect introduction to Pilates for beginners or can add to a more intermediate or advanced client’s practice with all of the high quality Pilates equipment.
You can join anytime.
Use the online booking Platform to register and reserve your slot – you can choose to book regularly and make sure you have your slot reserved in advance or book a single training – its all up to you
